Definitions
GDPR: means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The terms defined in the GDPR are also applicable in this policy.
ZVOP-2: means the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 163/22)
What are my rights and how can I exercise them?
You may exercise the following rights regarding your personal data at any time with us.
Your rights include the right to:
- access your personal data;
- rectification or completion of personal data;
- erasure of personal data where there is no longer a legal basis (or statutory obligation) for retention, or where you have withdrawn your consent;
- restriction of processing of personal data (in certain cases);
- object to processing – in cases where processing is based on legitimate interest;
- data portability – where processing is based on a contract or personal consent and is carried out by automated means.
You can exercise your rights in writing by contacting the data controller at the registered address or via the email address gdpr@notice.si. In certain cases, we may contact you in order to verify your identity.
Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you believe that your rights are not being properly respected, we encourage you to contact us first. If you remain unsatisfied, you have the right to file a complaint or report with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
When you visit our website
When you visit our website, your IP address is stored for a short period of time, at most until the end of your session. If our system determines that you are not engaging in any activity that could compromise the functionality of the website, this data is automatically deleted.
If, however, our system detects activity that is clearly unlawful or evidently aimed at disrupting the website’s operation, your IP address is stored permanently. In such cases, our system places the IP address on a blacklist, thereby preventing you from further accessing the website.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data: The processing is based on the controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) for the purpose of ensuring website security and preventing unlawful activities (e.g. hacking attempts, password abuse, etc.).

Retention period: Until the end of the session (general rule), or permanently in cases of attempted abuse.
If you contact us via the online form or by email / request a quotation or propose cooperation (legal entities)
We appreciate every message you send us. In such cases, our communication is based on our legitimate interest, which lies in maintaining communication with the general public and in concluding business transactions with legal entities. If you choose not to provide your personal data, we will unfortunately not be able to respond to your inquiry. You may terminate the communication at any time (by notifying us), which will result in the erasure of your personal data, unless a business relationship is established. In that case, personal data contained in the contract (between legal entities) will be retained for five years after the end of our cooperation.
